Places to look:
There are a couple of places you can look to help you find willing women.
Work closely with your parish office or other surrounding parishes to gain access to other women’s groups or ministries. These can be prayer support groups, rosary groups, parish retreat ministries, or mothers’ groups. If there is a school attached to your parish, finding mothers of students or even schoolteachers to help you launch Kingdom Builders is a great place to start!
How should you ask?
You’re not asking them to a specific job (although you can share with them the vision and the possible roles.) You’re asking women to join you in the discernment process. They will make the actual decision of whether they join Core Team after discernment.
How many women should you ask?
Ask for more than what you need. Nine or ten is an excellent number. You can invite these women to join you in prayer (see Tools for Prayer Page).
